The system will automatically recognize the destination number to be routed to the line with the cheapest rate offered by each operator, so that by using LECCOS, calls to any destination will automatically be cheaper.

Leccos is very easy to operate using a regular telephone or a computer with a softphone, so if there are new work units added, there is no need to invest in additional hardphones.
Telephone conversations can be recorded either manually or automatically.
Telephone usage per user can be easily generated, and all telephone conversations can be monitored for outgoing and incoming calls to each user.
